Cisco CallManager Express: Adding TAR files for 7920

Hello, I have a Cisco CCME Express router and would like to get the .Tar files for the CP7920 phones and also get the commands to load them on to the router via the tftp server, I have no issue connecting the router to the PC for hyperterminal… Just need file and commands..

Could someone help?
