Cisco Catalyst 4006 connect to Cisco catalyst 2960g via Fibre

I have a catalyst 4006 which i want to connect to a catalyst 2960g, i have a fibre (MTRJ) from the 4006 switch into a 2960G (LC), the green light for the fibre channel on the 4006 is active, but no light on the fibre on the 2960.

what could be wrong? config of the 4006 switch on 2960g?
