Cisco configuration

I want our Cisco router 2800 to be configured so that it can be accessed publicly using the following services:

http (tcp:80)
ftp (tcp:21)
remote desktop (3389)
vpn (tcp:1723)
sql server (tcp:1443)

can some give me a detailed steps becuase I know a little in cisco router. thanks
