CISCO Desktop Switch

Hey people,

I am currently using a CISCO 2940 8port desktop switch for employees in my company. It works fine for those who just need extra connections to the network. But i am running into problems with my Desktop Support team. They usually transfer large files across the network and that small switch just doesnt cut it.

Any suggestions?
