Cisco Nat Issue

I need to clear the NAT translation table in my router sometimes two times a day. IP NAT timeout is set to 60. Other than not having enough dynamic addresses, what else can be causing this? I can trace a few local users whom are heavy hitters and they do experience a lot of spam and pop-ups. Could they be the direct cause?
