Cisco Newbie

Hi all,

I am a network admin for a small Windows 2000 network. We just switched ISPs and went from a fractional T1 to a full T1. However, my boss decided to do a speed test and the results are far from a T1 connection; it’s more like DSL/Cable..What gives?

I am contacting the ISP tomorrow morning, but I’ve decided to post a question here to see if anybody has come across this problem. Unfortunately this is my first time working with a Cisco router (1721 model) and do not have any experience with it (yet!)
any help is really appreciated!
