Cisco PIX VPN

Hi dears,

am configuring cisco pix 515E for vpn and using cisco vpn client to access my corporate resources remotely with different ip scheme than my LAN scheme
LAN (192.168.20.0/24)
VPN users (10.1.1.0/24)
My question is Do I need any special configuration to permit the VPN users to access my LAN (access-lists)?

the remotely logged-in users(10.1.1.0/24) considered in which zone?
