cisco router and isa connection

I had my ISA multihomed proxy server connected directly to my Adsl modem it worked find…. I however now want to put a 2800 cisco router between my ADSL and Proxy server to provide better firewall service ..My router as two ethernet and a WIC-1AM-V2 interface can any one help with the configuration needed for the cisco router.
