Cisco Router monitoring

Hi everyone.i manage a network with about 200 cisco routers deployed.is there a way of confirming and/or receiving an alert when any of the remote routers is powered on/off? are there cisco functionalities for achieving this?is there a monitoring software that can achieve this?
i will appreciate any suggestion.thank you.
