Cisco Routers

Can I view a routers configuration without the password? I inherited a WAN, the Terminal Server crashed, reinstalled NT Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe 1.8, set the altaddr as it was before but the people outside the firewall cannot connect. The previous consulting firm is in dispute with the client and will not give them the router passwords. The icaport is not working at its’ default of 1494. Any ideas??
