Cisco SNMP severity threshold configuration

Hi,
there is any way i can configure the SNMP threshold when monitoring MAC flapping issues?

i mean, in case of MAC flapping i can see on my NMS thousands of these messages

my question if i can reduce it by configuring or creating severity groups for the MAC monitoring
