cisco SNMPv3

hi,

I need complete instructions to configure a cisco router for SNMPv3. I have looked online and configured the router through the examples given but when it comes down to it, the program that I use as the client can’t seem to get the information from the router. I am guessing that the views have to be set up a certain way which no article references. Any help would be appreciated.
