Cisco Unity voicemail to email

Hello,

We are currently running Cisco Call Manager 4.1 & Cisco Unity version 4.1
I am looking for a way to convert voicemail to text and then email that to the user; it does not need to attach the wav file with it. Is there any software that will work with Cisco unity to do this? Or, are there any services and that do this? * I would prefer not running scripts on the exchange server.
Also note, this will only be used for 2-5 users.
