Cisco VPN

Is there a way to logon to the computer and then start the Cisco VPN. The reson for doing it this way is I have a Verizon Aircard that can only be started after the computer is logged on. The Air card is aswome for connecting to the internet and would be even better if able to connect to my Cisco pix VPN.
