Cisco VPN Client Download?

I am trying to download the Cisco VPN Client to my wireless Dell. It has Windows 7 64bit OS. I keep getting an “inter process communication” error. I have disabled ICS both under the services menu and adapter settings. I have also made sure the VLAN Priority was disabled.
Does anyone know a fix for this?
