Cisco VPN Problems using a Netopia router

Hi,

I’m trying to connect to a Cisco VPN Client using a Netopia router (Model 2247NWG) from home.

I am able to connect to the VPN client at work no problem but cannot get the router configured to work from home.

My broadband provider uses a dynamic IP address. I’ve tried to configure the DHCP setting to a static IP address and set a DSN range but still no joy. I have also switched off the firewall but had no luck with this either.

I’m don’t work in IT so this is about as far as I can get on my own.

Any advice would be great.
