Cisco Wireless LAN Controller

Hi,

We’d like to try Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers. It is said that the controller can controll and manage access points via Layer 3.

So I am wondering any concerns on the performance if the controller and Access points are on different physical locations. The connection will be high speed, 10MB.

If anyone has some field experiece and likes to share, I really appreciate it.
