Cisco WLAN Controller

by steven.boyd.email . Updated 18 years, 1 month ago

Hello All,

I am looking for a solution for the implementation of a Cisco 2100 WLAN controller and a number of upgraded lightweight 1200 ap’s

I’m not sure how the implementation will work but I require the wireless heads to be situated on disparate subnets in different geographical locations. As to where the VLAN’s for this are to be configured, what holds the various DHCP scopes for each of these and what components are required to be configured on the controller I’m unsure.

Do the specific interface ports on the controller need to be configured with a specific VLAN?

If this is the case how can this be done over separate sites?

Regards
