Cisco1721s

I have 3 cisco 1721s set up in a triangular test network.

I have set the clock rate at 64000 on the interfaces but i want to simulate a test network with 2mb links between them.

Do i need to used the bandwidth 2048 command or do i need to up the clockrate?
