Citrix Client Printing issue

Hi I am an IT support analyst, we are using Citrix Client version 10.1/server 4.5 across the N/W. Recently we have received a problem that whenever few users are trying to print from one of the PDF archive repository application, which has been published in the citrix farm the company’s logo which is there on the PDF is not printing properly, instead it is coming as a black rectangular box.

Suggestion is really appreciated.
