Citrix Design

Could somebody please assist with the following.

Citrix Metaframe server 4.0 is running in remote location (separate domain).
We are located far away from this location and on a separate win 2003 domain.
We need several people to log on to Citrix published apps over the VPN link which is established between these 2 sites. However would like to direct these connections via our DMZ or proxy servers so that we still have our domain as safe as we can.

Is it possible to put some Citrix gateway / proxy in our DMZ so that our local users can connect via this gateway in our DMZ to this Citrix server instead of direct ICA connection from thei desktops?

Any ideas on best design .solution would be appreciated?
