Citrix Metaframe wont boot

Citrix wont boot up it sits on a black screen with the cursor flashing at top left handside

Using Raid 1 hardware
Wont boot from either disks
do not recieve any error messages

ran a repair from cd still no joy
removed NTLDR still no error message
compaq 320 server
it will boot from floppy but not from hard disk

please help
