citrix printer drivers re: hpdj895

We are using the HPDJ 540C driver now. It is somehow allowing a particualr page to escape, not even a blank page prints out. The same report is sent to a laserjet and it prints fine. Printing the report on a local HPDJ 895 prints perfectly. Is there a better driver available when using the DJ 895 printer? Thanks!
