I remotely support several servers and the way I access them is via a web browser .
“Citrix Web Interface” for Presentation server 4.0.
The Problem – After I print from a local application to our network and network printer(not the customers), I get the following error in the remote Servers event log

Now I dont have any other Citrix software loaded for printing. I only have the Citrix software that was required to remotely log in via a web browser
looking at Citrix web site I see some other client software that I think might allow me to control printers, etc. Just dont know where to go.
