Citrix server roaming profile issues

Hi all.
I am having a problem with profiles in a farm that consists of 20+ servers. It seems that for every server that user logs in to their hkey_users registry settings acquire security or permissions settings from each server they log on to. So at any given time on any particular server, if you look at their local registry permissions you will see a bunch of SIDs that we are thinking are coming from the local Ctx_SmaUser from each server they log on to. Normally this would be trivial but we have a third party application that chokes after so many of these SIDs add up and become a part of a users profile acl. Any ideas?
