Citrix / User Profiles

We recently added a second Citrix Server to help balance out the load. The problem we now have is with the users profiles. Our users us allot of web applications and store favorites and have customized security settings and trusted sites. Is there away to have the two servers share or replicate the profiles so when they log on they will get the same information every time?
