Clean Active Directory install, but on reboot, cannot login to domain

I have a 2003 server that I have installed AD and the installation to all appearances was clean. I then rebooted the machine, and as of yet I am unalbe to login to the machine using the administrator account.

The logon error is that the domain does not exist or could not be contacted.
