Cleaning up servers

Hi There,

I would like to find out about cleaning up my servers. Would it be a bad idea to run a defrag on a NAS drive that I have.

Over the last few weeks i have noticed a slow down in network speed and my NAS drive is used by all the staff to store and change documents. I was thinking if it might be a good idea to maybe run some sort of defrag on the drive after I have cleaned it up a bit.

Is it recommended or would it be a bad idea?
