Client Authentication

I am putting another DC online at a facility and went through all the standard stuff like setting OU?s in active directory and DHCP scopes and the DNS. Under the DNS I can not get the SRV Records to stay. Then when I put the client on the LAN and start it up, it will not let me log in. I see that pc on the network neighbor hood but cannot touch it. The client receives an IP address and so on it just will not let you log on the network. The message that the client receives is No domain server can be located.
