Clients unable to map their printers when connecting to a TS

I have users that connect to a Terminal Server via the “connect to my company’s application server” option on SBS 2003. However, when they log in, it doesn’t redirect the printing for them so they can print to their own printer (it doesn’t seem to connect the TS*** ports when they connect.) When I log in the same way with the administrator account, it works just fine, so I’m guessing some kind of permission but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.

Any help would be great.
