Clip Gallery error

I have a computer with a educational version of Office 2000 Pro that won’t let you into the clip gallery. All I get is a error that reads
“An unspecified error has occurred. Glip Gallery could not complet the
operation. For more information, press F1 now and see Troubleshooting
in Clip Gallery Help.”

I have searched the February release of TechNet to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
