C’lock basic edtition for win xp

A few years ago,I installed a program called
C’lock basic edition.now for some reason my
usb flash quit working.I did make a second key for it but it won’t work either.I don’t want
to lose anything.Is there some way to get rid
of c’lock so i can use my computer.Or to remove
the lock so it will start up like it should.
Please help.
