Cloning NT Server to Server with differe

I am looking for information on the best way to clone from one NT server to another. The problem is that the hardware is not same. I want the new server to appear exactly the same as the old one with all the same services etc. I have seen an articleon this somewhere but I cannot find it now. The server is NT4.0 and the backup software is Arcserve 6. I am looking for most painless way. Does anybody have any idea’s?
