“Close Open Files” Message Appears During Initial Folder Synchronization Wh

I am having the issue described in this Microsoft KB article.

We have a fully updated XP SP2 machine that is having this issue. It is supposed to be fixed with SP2 but it is still happening. Has anybody else had this issue or have a fix for me? Thanks in advance!
