Cluster Server Help Needed ASAP

I am going on a rescue mission this weekend. A local business has sold a cluster server which is not configured correctly. I have been doing alot of research but am looking for tips and “gotcha’s” of cluster servers. The cluster is made up of two”home made” servers sharing a RAID 5 SCSI disk array with a global spare. The problem is that when Windows 98 clients connect they often lose their home folders. This is a very big problem for the client as they need these home folders. OS is NT4.0 Enterprise SP6A. Any help would be appreciated before tomorrow and I will update this question as required.
