cmd.exe parameters

Hello, while doing router upgrades for various locations, I need 7 cmd.exe windows up running ping sessions to make sure the various switches and other devices connect. I don’t do much with batch files, but I am trying to find out if there is a way that I can have all 7 cmd windows open in specific locations on my second monitor so that way I don’t have to open each window individually and move it to a different location. I know this is a matter of convenience but I would really like to know if it is possible.
