Code 10 with WPC11 Linksys on Win XP Pro

This is a WPC on a ThinkPad T22 with XP pro. WPC 11 was working then on re-IPL got code 10. I have uninstalled and re-installed to no avail. No other device conflicts as far as I can tell. Any ideas?
