Color printing from mac to Dell 5100cn

I’m on a mac. I can print our company logo in an InDesign file and it’s
(relatively) the right colour. Pantone converts to CMYK. However, when I
print the exact same logo from Word, it is lighter and not even close to
the same green as in our logo. I don’t know why this is happening, any
tips?
