Combining two Win 2k Networks

Hello,

I have a situation here at the Detroit Zoo. We have to separate Win 2k networks. Next month both networks will be linked via switch link ups. We want both networks to be able to see each other. Here’s the problem, both networks use their own DHCP servers, so that mean separate IP address nets. I don’t want to kill one of the DHCP severs because two many processes depend on one of the servers. How can I make it where both Networks can see each other?
