Company IT Security Policy. How?

Can anyone pse tell me how to create a script which shows up to a user after he has logged on to a NT4 network. This script would contain a statement outlining company IT policy and would have a “I Agree” and “I do not Agree” check box at the bottom. If the user checked the “I do not Agree” box he would be “kicked off the net” to be blunt. This idea is something similar to a EULA script. Many thanks for your thoughts. David W Oliver
