Company Microsoft Account Details Missing

Hi All, hope you are well? I was hoping you could please assist, I have joined a new company as an IT Tech but person who’s role I took over has got rid of all the company’s Microsoft account info and he was the only one within the company who had those details and account recovery email etc. How do I go about retrieving all MS Account details? Thanks in advance for any help provided.
