company moving to new location

we are moving to a new location and I would like to know if there is a site where I will be able to retrieve a check off list of things that must be done and checked out before we make the move. We are presently using Win NT and migrating to Win 2000 within the next month. We were asked to make a priority list. We are using Cat 5 wiring.

Any information will be helpful.
