compaq armada m300

I just used this computer yesterday and it was fine. I turn it on today and nothing. I use the AC plug and the green lights come on..the fan comes on for about 10 seconds then everything shuts off and it just keeps repeating this every 5 or 10 seconds. The screen dont come on or anything.
