compaq insight not working..

hello people,
We have five compaq proliant servers where I work. I recently did software updates on all the servers from the compaq support site. I installed all the server “paq’s” on the machines…..all of them worked fine afterwards with the new drivers and updates, etc.
However, only one doesn’t show up on the Insight Manager software from compaq. All the new drivers are functioning, all the compaq services are started and working, the snmp service is installed and running…..why doesn’t it work??
