Compaq Server ML G3

I have a Domain Controller Running Windows 2000 Server on RAID 5. 3 Hard Disk + 1 Spare.

1 Hardisk is showing Yellow Status (degraded) in Compaq Insight Manager.Asking for Replace S.M.A.R.T Drive.

How can I solve this problem without losing anydata and operating system.
