Compaq Server ML G3

I have Compaq server domain controller running windows2000. Raid 5 with 3 hard disks + 1 spare. One hard disk is shoing yellow satatus in compaq insight manager asking for Replace S.M.A.R.T Drive.

Please tell how can I solve this problem withou loosing any data on the server.
