Compatible System Risc Router 4000s

Do you or anyone know about this router? Need a cable to talk to it. Need to know if it is any good. 4 10base Ethernet segments with thick and 1 thin. Tells me I need routerview software to talk to it. I need some help. Hope some one can aid me.
