Computer not showing up on active directory

Hey all,

My issue is that i have this computer that im trying to re-add to my group in the Active Directory. But when i try to add it, the program tells me that the computer name already exists. When i try to search for it, it states that there are no matches found. Has anyone ever had this problem?
