Computer reboots during Win2000 installa

I’m installing WIN 2000 on a pc and it get to the point where it start to format the HD. At about 5 – 10% complete the computer reboots. I’ve tried replacing the memory, other HDs, a new power supply, new HD cables. Any one have any other suggestions? All instances get to the exact same point and it dies. Oh…I’ve also used another 2000 cd just for shits and giggles…
