Computer Science or Information Technology

I’m a student at Winston Salem State University in North Carolina and I had a couple questions….I want to get into the Network field but I’m not sure which degree to get. To be a network administrator should I get an Computer Science degree or an Information Technology degree? Should I get an CCNA or a network+? What other certifications should I get along with the CCNA or Network+?
